I have clip-on tuners, so the really essential pedals for me would be reverb and overdrive. If i had an amp with channel switching and reverb, i'd probably won't even need those, but instead add a modulation pedal: phaser or uni-vibe.

That board is set up like this: Donner Fuzz Seeker > Rowin Octpus > AMT Japanese Girl > DOD Gunslinger > Donner Revecho.
